Using research to drive user engagement for Waldorf Astoria Berlin
I used research and content design to refine user journeys and drive user-engagement and conversion.

The challenge
Waldorf Astoria Berlin’s site was several years old with low traffic and poor conversion rates. Information was difficult to find and pages were cluttered with poorly structured content.

The approach
I travelled to Berlin to lead a stakeholder discovery session, and define user needs. I audited the content, led workshops and sketched wireframes.
The solution
I co-designed a well-organised, user-centric website featuring a refined room selection page and a unique storytelling walking tour experience.
